Full Service Consulting for HOAs

Our team offers expert consulting and long-term strategic solutions, along with comprehensive project oversight to ensure your HOA community’s success. Our services encompass advising on best practices, managing, and executing projects, alleviating administrative burdens from board members and property managers. Two board members and the HOA's property manager are authorized contacts for inquiries and information requests. Our consulting team guarantees a response within 24 hours for questions about past, current, or future projects, including bid solicitations or Requests for Proposals (RFPs). We can review up to twelve external documents and proposals annually not sourced by ProjectHOA, communicating with vendors to gather information and provide detailed feedback and recommendations to the board.
Our consultants conduct an annual site assessment to proactively address maintenance needs and prevent costly repairs. During this thorough inspection, we evaluate common grounds for potential issues or defects that may need immediate attention. By implementing strategic remedies, we help the HOA avoid significant future expenses and litigation. This proactive approach also signals to insurance providers that the HOA is committed to minimizing risks and safeguarding the community.
Full Service Consulting Plus Pre-Construction Phase1
Available as part of the Concierge Plus Plan, this stage substitutes standard services to provide comprehensive project management for one project annually. It covers project planning, scope definition, bidding/proposals, document review, site inspections, coordination, advice, research, consultation and communication, all applied towards one major project each year.
Each HOA is unique, with different levels of involvement, size, turnover, and projects. Your community may need services such as Inspector of Election, Pre-Construction Planning (Phase 1), Construction Oversight (Phase 2), or a Site Assessment. Our Custom Plan is designed to cater to the specific needs of your community, whether it’s small, medium, larger than 300 units, or whether it’s a single-family home, PUD, or condominium. We adapt to ensure your community’s requirements are met!
HOA members can enjoy a 15% discount on our regular hourly rate for any additional services beyond their plan, along with a reduced percentage fee for project management.
