We build a dedicated submission portal for your community at ARCHHOA.com with your unique requirements, categories, and contacts.
📣 Step 3: Owner Communication Materials
We create clear communication template that managers or boards can use to notify owners about how and where to submit applications.
📤 Step 4: Application Submitted by Owner
Homeowners submit their ARC request online — including photos, plans, and vendor info — all routed through our system.
🔍 Step 5: Review & Follow-Up
We verify completeness, follow up with the owner or vendor if anything is missing, and cross-check against your governing docs and past approvals.
📄 Step 6: Recommendation Sent to Board
